WOD

5 Rounds for time of:

1) 3 Heavy Power Clean (80% of max)
2) 20 Double Unders
3) 10 Pistols (alternating legs every one)
4) 20 Sit-ups Janda Style
5) 3 Strict L-Pull ups


On paper this wod may look like a relatively easier wod... Nope

  2. We skipped on the wod last night but tonight we are doing this one. Curtis went snowboarding today and I had a group of people at the university gym to do team wods this morning. Should be a good second wod of the day
