WOD "5x5"

5 rounds for time:

1) 5 Deadlifts (245 lbs)
2) 5 Over Bar Burpees
3) 5 Ring Dips
4) 5 Wall Ball (20 lbs)
5) 5 Pull ups

  1. now thats a fast wod you guys are killin it. we had a wod close to that one last night but i have to go back to curts house to get the times haha. but we had 14 people it getting crazy

  2. Its awesome that you guys are getting a lot of participation. Just make sure that everyone is properly educated in movement form and technique. It sucks when newer people get injured doing crossfit wods by not using proper form.

  4. nice work man. Its good to program longer "grinder" wods as well as these shorter "sprint" or "Quick and dirty" wods too. 8:40 is a good time. nice work
