60 Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)

40 Strict Pull-Ups (Ring Pull-Ups/Row 1 rep = 1 rep, Banded 2 reps = 1 rep)

20 Squat Clean (95#/65#)

75 Burpees

  1. We did everything prescribed, except for the pull-ups. We substituted ring rows. And we kicked serious butt!
