WOD

This wod was supposed to be 10 rounds long but we got cut short at the gym so we made it 6 rounds instead.

6 Rounds for time of:

1) 5 Deadlift (225/95 lbs)
2) 5 Burpees
3) 5 Push Jerk (115/65 lbs)

Holly- 9:00

  1. Holly and I finished with 3 rounds of a mini partner wod.

    3 rounds of:

    1) 15 GHD Sit-ups (while partner does max air squats) then switch

    2) 15 GHD Back Extensions (while partner does max air squats) then switch

    This was a fun little finisher. We didnt keep track of total air squats completed but it was effective nonetheless
