5 rounds for time:

1) 12 GHD Sit-ups
2) 6 Thrusters (135 lbs)
3) 12 GHD Back Extensions

*for every two minutes that it takes to complete work, perform 5 Burpees at the end for punishment

Time- 11:19 + 25 burpees afterwards
