CrossFit Total if possible

(Max Deadlift, Strict Press, Back Squat)

then:

6 sets of 3 reps of each movement @ approx. 80% of max.

    DL-( 3 x 315 x 6)
    Press-( 3 x 115 x 2) (3 x 125 x 2) (3 x 130 x 2)
    Squat- random reps from 135-225 lbs
