I would encourage all of you to check out the website http://www.whole9life.com/. After some careful evaluation of the site by myself, I concluded that it offers the best nutritional guidance out there. You'll find great info on everyday nutrition, breaking bad eating habits, common food myths, and great recipes that will satisfy the taste buds and the body. I'm currently focusing on some of my own food demons but I find that eating raw organic foods and leaving the rest out has really helped my personal performance on my WODs as well as mental fortitude. You'd be surprised at how fueling your body with the goods that nature intended will heighten your mental state. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!
