Right off the bat, this blog is about CrossFit. Anything and Everything CrossFit. Feel free to write whatever the F*ck you want on here as long as it has to do with CrossFit or fitness related topics. This blog was created for those who want the freedom to say whatever they want, whether it is posting new PRs, awesome WODs, share training ideas, goals, venting frustrations, it doesnt matter.
Now with all of that said, let's talk CF.
now thats a fast wod you guys are killin it. we had a wod close to that one last night but i have to go back to curts house to get the times haha. but we had 14 people it getting crazy
Its awesome that you guys are getting a lot of participation. Just make sure that everyone is properly educated in movement form and technique. It sucks when newer people get injured doing crossfit wods by not using proper form.
okay, i do show them the work out before they do it and during i go around and help them with technique. anyways 5x5 good one had me gassed the whole time
nice work man. Its good to program longer "grinder" wods as well as these shorter "sprint" or "Quick and dirty" wods too. 8:40 is a good time. nice work
