Right off the bat, this blog is about CrossFit. Anything and Everything CrossFit. Now with all of that said, let's talk CF.
Ohio, we will begin to regularly implement swimming into wods. maybe even twice a week. This will ensure an increased work capacity in the water as well as transitioning from dryland to aquatic environments while under workload. I also have plans of constructing a weighted sled that we can both push and pull on the dirt or possible event the blacktop. I'm very excited about my new toys and they should prove to be excellent additions to our constantly varied wods.
ReplyDeletesounds awesome. i'm trying to swim at least four times a week to try to improve my endurance. the sleds sound like a great idea, reminds me of football practice back in the day. lol
