Right off the bat, this blog is about CrossFit. Anything and Everything CrossFit. Feel free to write whatever the F*ck you want on here as long as it has to do with CrossFit or fitness related topics. This blog was created for those who want the freedom to say whatever they want, whether it is posting new PRs, awesome WODs, share training ideas, goals, venting frustrations, it doesnt matter. Now with all of that said, let's talk CF.
