A shout out to Curtis and Ohio. You guys kicked ass on that WOD. Ohio, we'll train more and you'll see vast improvements. It just takes time bro. Curtis, you put everything into it man, left it all out there. The judgement was harsh and very ehem questionable. But shit bro, you killed it. I'm very proud of you both. We'll hit the gym hard again next week. Enjoy your weekend fellas
