All PR's on the CF total for me I'm fairly satisfied ... although I would like to try that wod again in the not too distant future to see some improvement!
ReplyDeleteNice work brotha. You should be pretty proud of that. 305 on the deadlift was legit. One thing that I think will help us to improve our back strength is the GHD back extensions. I believe our deadlifts will improve greatly with those.
